NOTES: Unseen bird was initially about 30 m away and seemingly low along small stream, but after playback, it approached to a point about 15 m away and 1 m up in bamboo along roadside, before later flying to a point about 20 m away and low (but either Òoff-axisÓ or blocked by vegetation); seen only when it flew across the road during the second recording; recorded from bridge over stream right at beginning of small side road that left the Aguas Claras Road about 300 m beyond the clearing [06¡ 09Õ 34.8Ó S, 50¡ 20Õ 41.8Ó W, ca. 380 m]; bird may never have been truly Òon axisÓ during first part (or for latter part of second part); sun was up at this point; this recording combines three files (#CAR123-125), the first with natural song, the second after playback, and the third a time announcement; GPS coordinates from file CAR084.
