NOTES: Unseen bird recorded following playback of prerecorded tape (from Alta Floresta project), in response to which the bird initially approached but gave same song; after later playback it moved back from clearing and sang at a more rapid pace for the second part of the recording; this is likely the same individual previously recorded in file #CAR05-35; bird was initially about 20 m away and 15 m up, but later about 25 m away and 5-10 m up, both times just inside forest at edge of clearing near beginning of the Aguas Claras Road; mostly clear with a few high thin clouds, calm, probably in the upper 60s to low 70s; this recording combines four files (#CAR117-119 and CAR170, the latter with GPS coordinates).
