Physical Description of Sound: incipient male (C2) and Female (D2) barks + occasionally whimper (G); Apparent Biological Purpose of Sound: C2 and D2 probably warning function, G is probably a distress call; What Behavior Accompanied Vocalization: the group was traveling slowly and feeding in small secondary growth trees at edge of Rio Hiqueron;

Recording of a group feeding and slowly traveling. Eating sounds and moving branches can be heard. C2 and D2 were probably stimulated by presence of observer. animals occasionally came within 5' of observer.
