NOTES: 56 (/1//55) songs and one long call of BIRD #2 recorded at 7:09:45; this cut began at 6:49:03 am, after missing 13 songs changing tape at conclusion of cut #99-125-01, which ended at 6:45:56 am; one song heard after first part of cut ended; second part of cut began at 6:51:21 am, with bird singing only infrequently (I missed two songs); unseen bird was in same place as at end of previous cut, 25-30 meters almost directly up over my head in canopy of good, terra firme forest; the bird remained singing in same general spot for an hour; I heard a long call in the same area at 7:15:52 am, shortly after cut ended; recorded on north side of road to house and Rio Barra Seca, 250-300 meters east of Estrada do Gave¿ [19¡ 04Õ 21" S, 39¡ 53Õ 47" W]; full overcast; light rain continuing (a bit of rain noise).

ML: Subject changed from recordist's original identification of Xiphorhynchus guttatus guttatus to Xiphorhynchus guttatus [guttatus Group] to conform to eBird Taxonomy (v. 1.55). -Jay McGowan/Matt Medler, July 2015.
