NOTES: Songs after whistled imitation recorded along road from Estrada do Gave¿ to house and Rio Barra Seca (about half way between the two); the bird, a well seen male, was initially giving calls at a distance of 25 meters and a height of 22 meters; it then flew across road to a point 18-20 meters away and 20 meters up; there was apparently a second bird off in the distance; this was recorded after the bird flew in following my whistled imitation (limited), initially giving agitated calls, later more typical songs; partly cloudy, intermittent breeze, 90¡ F.
