NOTES: 37 songs (28/9) of BIRD #3 recorded in two parts at 6:55:30 and 7:00:02; this cut began at 6:45:55 am, after the previous cut (#99-113-1) ended at 6:43:20 am; I missed eight to ten songs changing tape; bird was now 35 meters away, and high up in a large tree off the SW corner of the plot; bird began today with a long call at 5:35 am, and then song at 5:36 am; this was the third reel recorded this day of this particular bird; bird gave a long call after first part of this cut ended at 6:55:36 am; I then missed about four songs when bird began singing again at 6:56:49 am; it then sang again at 7:00:12 am, after final part ended; recorded at the north end of the sustainable logging plot (Bloco A), located off west side of Estrada do Gave¿, 2.1 km N of Estrada do Caing¿ [19¡ 04' 32" S, 39¡ 54Õ 17" W]; high, thin clouds; calm; 74¡ F.
