NOTES: Songs recorded at a known lek, where I regularly heard these birds singing at intersection of western boundary road and a spur road that connected it with Estrada do Aderne; recorded in understory and mid-levels of good, terra firme forest; the bird flew twice during this cut; it was initially 3-4 meters up, then 5 meters, and finally 10 meters up; seen briefly; there were three or four birds singing in the area at the time; drizzling at the end of the cut; generally calm, but with an occasional breeze; fully overcast; 83¡ F.
