NOTES: Songs of pair after playback of themselves; a pair that was well seen, generally in the undergrowth, in a small area where the undergrowth had been cleared, with us at the edge of very dense growth; the female was seen 1/2 to 1 1/2 meters off the ground; although both members of the pair were seen before this, neither were seen at the time I made this recording; this was recorded following playback by Luciano N. Naka (although I do not remember if it was of themselves or of a prerecorded tape); birds were moving about with a small mixed-species flock; partly cloudy, calm, 87-88¡ F.
