NOTES: 48 songs and one long call of bird #5; the bird began today with a long call at 5:11:18 right up overhead, but it moved before it began singing; tape began just before 5:12:20 with unseen bird 30 m up, and 30-35 m away, in a large tree with dense growth between me and it; bird was on southeast side of tree-fall gap at edge of good, terra firme forest about 50 m in on north side of entrance road, 600 m E of base [03¡ 21Õ 09" S, 54¡ 56Õ 34" W]; a single long call was given at 5:38:12 after recording ended; mostly clear overhead but clouds off to the east, calm, 79¡ F.
