NOTES: Song, natural (5:56) and after playback (6:05, 6:30); initially 15 m away, later 6-8 m away, and finally 5-6 m away and 1-1 1/2 m up at end; often <1 m up but usually 2-3 m up after playback; seen relatively well with orange crest erected straight up; generally gave same song and zipped back-and-forth across road in response to playback; recorded along entrance road just beyond opening at edge of tree-fall gap about 500-600 m E of base clearing; hazy sunshine, calm, 79¡ F.
