NOTES: Six songs of bird #2 at dawn recorded in two parts at 5:44:40 and 6:02:07; cut began after I missed four songs and two long calls changing tape at the conclusion of cut #99-56-04, one song from same tree and three others after bird moved; now high up in smaller tree with dense vine tangles on north side of road opposite usual tree; now 25-30 m away and 25 m up; bird was singing intermittently this day, going long periods without singing; began again at 5:59:54 with a long call, now 60 m away and 75 m south of road (and 60 m to east of trail); recorder off at 6:02:07 but bird began again at 6:14; I missed 5-6 songs getting back onto bird, which was still on north side of road and in 40 m (this part as background of cut #99-57-02 highlighting Pionus fuscus); recorded along logging road, 1.3 km. W of highway (03¡ 02Õ 33" S, 54¡ 56Õ 21" W); clouds breaking up, calm, 77-78¡ F.
