NOTES: Cut began as chip notes of Zimmerius gracilipes, later switching to Piculus; two Piculus together, the drumming bird a male on exposed snag at top of what appeared to be a live tree about 25 m tall and with dense vine tangles; birds were 35 m away and 25 m up; a few calls (generally quite soft); second bird appeared to be a female; clear, calm, 72¡, sun was up at this point.
