NOTES: Song and calls of same bird as cut #98-16-08 after playback of itself; bird was now 20-25 meters away and 4-5 meters up in very dense undergrowth of a small tree-fall gap with much bamboo and vine tangles with vegetation closed in around trail; bird was among mixed-species flock along forest trail almost 1 km. north of sede (headquarters) clearing; in response to later tape playback, bird approached and began singing and calling from exposed perches; it did not, however, approach a second time; largely cloudy, mild breeze, low 80s.
