NOTES: Songs and calls of two birds recorded in two parts, the first at 5:54, the second at 5:56. Unseen birds were in scrubby second-growth along road through forest fragment maybe one-third of the way from FLONA entrance to coffee plantation; first and third parts of this recording represent one bird, the second part the other individual; the two birds were on opposite sides of the road; these cuts were recorded after some whistling by myself, in response to which the birds flew around at least a little bit; clear, calm, 70¡ F; just as it was beginning to get light; after announcement is one good song of one of the birds (I am not certain which); birds were about 20 meters away and eight to ten meters up in mid- to upper levels of smaller trees in especially scrubby forest; cut contains an internal announcement.
