NOTES: HHb filters in cut position; attenuators off on both recorder and microphone; two birds, one seen relatively well was a female-plumaged Pipra pipra; birds were at edge of scrubby growth near station clearing (probably second-growth, but possibly a tree-fall gap) along Trail E, about 150 meters N of Principal Trail; 4-5 meters up in mid-levels of smaller trees; after a weak approach to my whistling; bird was actually observed calling; partly cloudy, calm.
