NOTES: BREAK IN TAPE OCCURS HERE DURING ANNOUNCEMENT Unseen bird was singing from undergrowth 5-8 meters up and 12 meters away; many fallen trees in this area which seemed to form a shallow canyon; no apparent response to playback; announcement and part of this cut were lost when the field tape broke.

ML: Background subject changed from recordist's original identification of Vireo olivaceus chivi to Vireo olivaceus chivi/diversus to conform to eBird Taxonomy (v. 1.55). -Jay McGowan/Matt Medler, July 2015.
