NOTES: [Most of the woodpecker calls here appear represent begging by one or more fledglings (based on announcement), but there is one "Kwirr" Call at 0:56. I am not sure whether the series at 1:31-1:40 was given by the adult or the young, and if the former, I do not know which vocalization this represents. I believe the series at 1:44-2:24 was given primarily by the fledgling, though the call at 1:58 and some of those at 2:13-2:24 may instead represent "Cha" Calls by an adult. Quality changed from "1-" to 2-3 (a vireo is singing throughout) - CAM - 3 May 2005]
