NOTES: (Species Sound: frequent; Breeding Status: territorial paired, breeding; General Climate: arid; Cover Density: sparse) A pair of Chipping Sparrows foraging on the dirt road. Subsequently locted thier nest, containing 4 eggs, in a small sagebrush clump at the edge of the dirt road.

BNA: Possibly Threat Calls (rather than Alarm Calls since "chip" notes are not delivered in a rapid succession) are heard. CZ 18/06/2004.
