[This is the "Clapper" Call of R. l. scottii, based on range (following BNA, where I suspect Figure 3a erroneously depicts this call as the "Kek-hurrah"). The nine sets of calls here appear to have been given by at least four different birds. See also Figure 3a of Massey and Zembal (1987. Vocalizations of the Light-footed Clapper Rail. J.
