    Equipment Note

NOTES: There was one male Aloutta palliata in the company of this large troop of Cebus capucinus. There was at least one Cebus with a young monkey on its back.
Due to the great disparity in the volume of the loudest sound in this recording, and the vast majority of softer sounds, I have archived most of this recording twice. The first segment of the recording (20:44) is a continuous segment with the level set on a short series of extremely loud vocalizations at 10:22. Following the announcement, I have included most of the original segment again, with the exception of the extremely loud vocalizations. This allowed for the level to be set on the much softer sounds that were given by most of the Cebus. Thus, the material after the field announcement is a *repeat* of the material in the first segment, with the one short loud segment removed.
