NOTES: (Species Sound or Soc. Contact: Frequent. Gen. Climate: Humid.) [This recording combines "Zeep" calls of a female (0:065, 0:08), Song by a male (0:195-0:225, 0:29-0:305, 1:125-1:14, 1:21-1:27, 1:325-1:35, 1:415-1:48, 1:535-1:57), and "Chunk" calls (0:54, 0:57, 1:02, 1:04, 1:09), as outlined in BNA account. Two different song-types are represented here, these differing primarily in the introductory elements. One of these song types is similar to the more common type given in LNS #101070. There are additional "Chunk" Calls by a second bird in the background early in the recording. It is unclear whether or not the calls and song were given by the same bird, especially given that BNA indicated that "Zeep" Calls are given by females, but the song only by males (slightly different "Chunk" Calls are given by both sexes). Quality changed from ~2 to 2 (although the songs are of Quality 2, the calls are much weaker) - CAM - 8 September 2005]. Other Behaviors: Perform Visual Display. Habitat: Creek, Pasture.
