Observation details
LATE REPORT. Continuing, I had good looks through the scope of a fellow birder who was there, much better view than my horrible documentary photo. Much debate on ID of this Jaegar, but I believe it to be a parasitic because of: its bill, which appears to me to be one third black and slender, also it is a warm brown color, not gray as in LTJA, and it has short pointed central tail feathers, not blunt tipped as in LTJA. I based this opinion on not just my viewing of the bird, but also the many up close and excellent pics on the PA Birders Photography Facebook page, comparing those with Sibleys description (and diagram of the beak especially), also some info from Crossley Guide and from the website http://biology.eku.edu/kos/jaegers.htm
