Observation details
Tentative female/juvenile type. I asked a few other birders and they said it looked like a really good candidate for a CAHU. Hummingbird with "compact" proportions; short bill, short tail, and solid green rump with no rufous seen. Also gave a "chip" call that sounded a bit different from what I'm used to hearing in a RUHU. Unfortunately views were brief and spread tail wasn't observed, but other field marks seem to indicate a CAHU. This bird was seen where the Wonderland trail connects with Sunrise Park rd, near Shadow Lake. Exact location: https://goo.gl/maps/ghF2DkVoFp22
