Observation details
Continuing bird reported by many. First located at 9:45 in dunes near end of boardwalk trail, then relocating to wires near visitors center. Was still present when I left at 12:45. Bird in heavy molt. White below, grayish brown above. White throat, dark head with buffy crown (due to molt).Long, forked tail looking quite ratty. Terrible digi-scope pics attached.
