Observation details
Rare for King Count bird Continues - All photos are same bird just some in shade and others in sun - The pale flicks in plumage make it a juvenile. Also adults are in breeding plumage until Oct. Bird was doing some preening of belly feathers and those feathers look clumpy and in poor shape. If it has gotten into oil it is a clear oil.
